Author Evening with D'Arcy Christensen

Come join us at the Williams Lake Branch as local author D'Arcy Christensen reads from work, Double or Nothing: The Flying Fur Buyer of Anahim Lake. Double or Nothing is a journey into the West Chilcotin where Christensen describes his raw and adventurous life and his friendship and encounters with other local legends. This is sure to be an evening of adventure and great story-telling.

National Film Board Children's Program at the Williams Lake Branch

Library Fines Amnesty Week
Tuesday May 5 to Saturday May 7

The Cariboo Regional District Library has declared an amnesty on library fines up to $20.00 per library card during the week of May 3 to 7, 2011. In return for waiving fines, bring in your donation of nonperishable food for the local area food bank.

Where’s Easter Rabbit Puppet Show at the Williams Lake Branch

The CRDL is partnering with the Cariboo Chilcotin Partners for Literacy to bring you a puppet show just in time for Easter. “Where’s Easter Rabbit” will start in the Programme room on Friday April 15th at 11:15am.

BC Book Prizes on Tour Northern BC at the Quesnel Branch
